Lukoil is ready to transfer its share in the Venezuela project to Rosneft in exchange for enlargement of the share in the Azov project

Lukoil discusses with Rosneft the transaction for exchange of its share in the Venezuela project of Hunin-6 for a share in Rosneft’s Azov project in the Krasnodar region, Russia, the chief of Lukoil, V. Alekperov says. Lukoil was ready to transfer Rosneft its share in National Oil Consortium of Rosneft participating in Hunin-6 block development, they reported before. However, Mr. Alekperov has said today that the companies agreed about exchange with the shares.
