The Third Energy Package of the European Union creates some problems for the participation of the French company ENGIE (ex-GDF Suez) in the Nord Stream-2 project, the head of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters said after the meeting with representatives of business circles of France, including ENGIE.
