Donetsk People’s Republic delivers an ultimatum to Kiev: No fuel, oil, lubricants and repair parts, no coal

Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) blocks coal supply to the rest of the Ukraine due to the fact that Kiev has banned the supply of lubricants and repair parts to the republic, Minister of Transport of the republic S.Kuzmenko said. News agency Donetsk reports.

According to the Minister, Donetsk People’s Republic will no supply coal to the Ukraine until Kiev does not fulfill the terms.
