Naftogaz announces composition of its Board

The Naftogaz’s Board currently includes: Andrei Kobolev is the chairman, Igor Prokopov is the first deputy chairman, vice presidents are Sergei Konovets, Alexander Todiichuk and Yuri Kolbushkin. Other two deputy chairmen - Valentine Franchuk and Alexander Katsuba - are on long-term sick leave.

As of March of this year, the Naftogaz’s Board consisted of 12 people. Eleven persons of them are currently removed from management, and Yuri Kolbushkin continues to actively participate in the company. The question of thefurther work of Valentine Franchuk and Alexander Katsuba in Naftogaz Ukrainy can be resolved only after the period of their temporary suspension.
