In June, transportation of the third parties’ oil via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan fell by 49.5%

The pipeline company BTC Co. has reported about the decline of oil transportation by the third parties by 49.5% in June as compared to May.

As SOCAR reported, the supply of the third parties’ oil (Turkmen and Kazakh oil) via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline made up ​​301.587 thousand tons in June of 2014 against 597.227 thousand tons in May, 414.052 thousand tons in April and 664.910 thousand tons in March.

"In 2014, 2917.974 thousand tons of the third parties’ oil will be pumped," – the report said.

In May 2014, the supplies of Turkmen oil via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline made up 456.359 thousand tons against 282.370 thousand tons in March (April data are not available),, 200.250 thousand tons in February and 250.462 thousand tons in January. In the first quarter of 2014, the supplies are 733.082 thousand tons.
