In June, the Ukraine increase gas imports from Europe by almost 2 times to 263 million cubic meters

In June, the Ukraine increased the gas import almost two times as compared with the previous month to 262.7 million cubic meters, Ukrtransgas reports at its site.

From the last year, the Ukraine started reverse gas supplies from Europe through Poland; in spring, it received the first gas from Hungary. Kiev also negotiates on gas supplies through Slovakia and Romania and finds this reverse cycle legal. But Gazprom stated that this is not physical, but virtual reverse and the scheme is illegal.
