Russia Federal Antimonopoly Service terminates consideration of case against RusHydro and GE on procurements for Yakutsk state district power station-2

Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has terminated consideration of case in respect of RusHydro and General Electric of collusion in the bidding for the purchase of a gas turbine plant for the Yakutsk state district power station (GRES-2), the Service reports.

"FAS terminated consideration of the case," – said a representative of the AntiMonopoly Service.

As it was previously reported, FAS filed the case on the fact of violations in the bidding for the purchase of gas turbines for the Yakutsk GRES-2 in respect of Federal Hydro Company - RusHydro, RAO Energy Systems of East, company Yakutsk GRES-2, Energoservis-Invest and one of the largest US corporations General Electric International, and its subsidiaries GE Packaged Power, Inc and GE Rus.
