In May, the Ukraine has almost ceased Russian gas imports

Since May 1 until May 5, the Ukraine imported 11.7 million cubic m of Russian gas, and imported no Russian gas within the 3 May days. If the tendency continues than in May Russian gas imports will not exceed 100 million cubic m, Interfax Ukraine reports, compared to over 800 million cubic m in April.
Currently Russian gas imports to the Ukraine is performed by Naftogaz Ukraine, and the Swiss Ostchem Gas Trading AG, the property of D. Firtash.
