The deals between Rosneft and ExxonMobil are valued at 775 billion roubles

The Board of Directors of Rosneft, within the framework of the joint realization of projects with ExxonMobil on the exploration and development of hydrocarbons at the shelf of the Black and Kara Seas, determines the cost of the deals, it is interested in, at up to 775.1 billion roubles.
The matter on an approval of the deals was put under consideration of the extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of Rosneft on June 18, 2013.
