RMK has left the structure of shareholders of ChSZ

The stake could have been purchased by a close structure of UGMK.

“Russian copper company” CJSC (RMK) of I. Altushkin has left the structure of shareholders of the Chelyabinsk zinc plant OJSC before the consolidation of UGMK plant of I. Makhmudov and partners (holds 28% of ChSZ). The package of RMK was likely to have been purchased by close to UGMK structures.

From 2009 RMK along with UGMK and partners hold NF Holdings B. V. (the Netherlands) which holds 58% of the plant. RMK controls Zolstar Enterprises Limited (Cyprus) which held 37% in NF Holdings B. V. (e.g. about 21.5% of ChSZ). Now RMK has left NF Holdings B. V., the affiliates with it structures don’t also hold the shares of ChSZ. RMK refused to comment. UGMK said that the stake of NF Holdings B. V. stayed unchanged (48.36% as of the end of Q3 2015) but didn’t say who the new holder of the package is. Yesterday 21.5% of shares of ChSZ cost 4.8 bln roubles on the MSE (the plant’s capitalization is 22.5 bln roubles).
