Rimera GC has shipped the first lot of offsets for Power of Siberia

​Rimera GC (oil service division of ChTPZ group) has shipped the first 50 tons of hot-curved offsets for Power of Siberia. The shipment for the project with the total volume of over 500 tons is planned to be completed in May 2015.

The connecting spare parts with the diameter o 1,420 mm with wall thickness of 32 mm are produced out of K60 steel and covered with Pk-40 anticorrosion material. Power of Siberia is not the only project of Gazprom OJSC for which the company will ship products in Q2 2015.

Rimera GC also plans to ship large lots of offsets for the South-European gas pipeline and “Yamal LNG” project, commercial director of Rimera GC, K. Samsomov, says.

The first enterprise of ChTPZ group participating in the supplies for Power of Siberia was the Chelyabinsk pipe rolling plant. In 2014 ChTPZ shipped a lot of large diameter pipes at the volume of over 30 thousand tons. The large diameter pipes produced at the Chelyabinsk plant were used at the welding of the first joint of the gas pipeline on September 1st. in 2015 it is planned to go on cooperation with the gas company.
