The international arbitration court has tried the claim of Tatneft against Ukrtatnafta for $2.4 billion

In March, the international arbitration court has heard the claim of Tatneft against the Ukraine that arose due to the corporatee conflict around the control over Ukrtatnafta. The verdict will be brought out before the end of 2013. The amount of claim is $2.4 billion.

Ukrtatnafta was founded in 1994 for raw materials supplies to the Kremenchug oil refinery, one of the Ukrainian largest oil refiners. The Ukraine brought to its authorized capital Kremenchug oil refinery, and Tatarstan brought the stocks of the production companies and cash.
