It is necessary to settle a number of other issues to form technical conditions to start the works.

Primarily it is necessary to eliminate the slag accumulations reservoirs that have been existing since 1960 and which are the main source of air pollution.

For that purpose the project of construction of the thermal drying complex of drainage biological cleaning residue at the Ryazan oil refinery plant was worked out.
