Program of Moscow refinery on increasing repair interval from 2 to 4 years approved

The Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision has approved a program, developed by the Moscow refinery to increase the interval between scheduled overhauls of technological units. The plant’s program, aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of operation of plant equipment, will increase the turnaround to 4 years. Currently planned repairs of the Moscow refinery’s technological chains are carried out every 2 years.
