Kazakhstan to define subsurface users of new deposits

There have been defined subsurface users of 38 new deposits in Kazakhstan during the first public auction in the field of subsurface resources management. Ministry of Investment and Development states.

Ten auctioned lots are for production of minerals and 28 – for mineral exploration. The auctioned lots include the ones for gold production, other ferrous and rare metals and semiprecious stones. The total sum of the proceeds makes up 1.42 billion tenge (307.93 tenge=1dollar).
