Bashneft’s Board to discuss the company’s business-plan for 2016 on December 9th

The Board of Directors of Bashneft at the meeting of December 9th will discuss and approve the business-plan for 2016 as well as will consider the consolidated financial results of the activity and execution of the budget in Q3 and Q1-Q3 2015, including the information on Bashneft’s state in the stock exchange.
Moreover, such issues as making the decisions in respect of Bashneft’s affiliates and approval of the company’s deal are in the agenda.
The Board will also discuss the execution of its previous decisions, accidents in the sphere of HSE for the past period and meeting the requirements connected with providing the information on the structure of property of counteragents.
