The agreements on gas supplies to the Ukraine, concluded in Brussels, do not answer the question of how Kiev is going to pay for gas in winter, the head of "Gazprom" Aleksey Miller states.
He stated that Russia had not yet received prepayment for gas supplies, although Moscow on its part had prepared and signed all the necessary documents.
