In January-August, Russian income from export of petrol grew by 12% to $2.5 billion

In January-August of 2014, Russian income from the export of petrol increased by 11.8% as compared with the same period of the previous year to $2.465 billion, the Federal Customs Service reports.

The physical export made up 3.236 million tons that is by 7.8% more than in the first 8 months of 2013.
The revenues from the export to the non-CIS countries increased by 24.2% and reached $1.463 billion. The physical volume of the supplies amounted to 1.615 million tons.
