One representative of each of Gazprom’s minority shareholders to enter the committee of shareholders of Nord Stream-2 – Gazprom

The committee of the shareholders of Nord Stream-2 will comprise one representative from each of Gazprom’s minority shareholders, deputy chairman of Gazprom, A. Medvedev, said.
On September 4th Gazprom signed a shareholder agreement on Nord Stream-2 to increase gas supplies to the EU.
A JV New European Pipeline AG will realize the project. Gazprom holds 51% in the JV, E.ON, Shell, OMV and BASF/Wintershall – 10% each, ENGIE - 9%.
