Nizhnekamskneftekhim withdraws from authorized capital of TAIF’s subsidiary

Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNK, a part of the TAIF group), a leading manufacturer of synthetic rubber and plastics in Russia, has ceased to participate in Chemical plant named after Karpov, the company reports.

The corresponding decision was approved by the Board of Directors of Nizhnekamskneftekhim on July 30, 2015. Previously, the company had 17 207 500 ordinary shares of the chemical enterprise, which made up 16.2% of the share capital of it.
