Rosneft increases oil extraction by 44% for 7 months

In January-July Rosneft Plc. increased oil extraction by 43.6% - to 104.101 million tons in compliance with Russian standards (the results take into account the work of BP-TNK purchased by Rosneft on March 21), the company reports.

In compliance with the international standards for the 7 months the company’s extraction has increased by 44% - to 101.427 million tons from 70.277 million tons in 2012.

In July BP-TNK added about 8 million tons of oil to the extraction of Rosneft. In January-July the largest extraction enterprise of Rosneft Yuganskneftegaz reduced its extraction by 0.9% to the analogous period of the previous year – to 38.511 million tons (in January-July 2012 – 38.882 million tons). Besides, Rosneft extracted 12.345 million tons of oil at Vankor deposit – by 25% more than in 2012 (9.85 million tons).
