In 2016, 158 tons of gold to be produced in the Far East

“Today,gold production in the Far East is about 111 tons, it will be 118 tons on the results of 2013. Gradually we will see the growth to 158 tons,” – Viktor Ishaev said.

According to the Minister, by 2016 Chukotka will produce around 35 tons of gold, Kolyma – 32 tons, Yakutia – 34 tons, the Amur region – 27 tons, the Khabarovsk region – 21 tons and Kamchatka – 8 tons.
