Lukoil is going to invest 3 billion rubles to Stavrolen in 2013, Interfax reports referring to the CEO of Stavrolen V. Zhukov. A half of the sum, approximately 1.5 billion rubles will be allocated to construction of a gas refining unit, in particular common construction, arrangement and engagement of fundaments, and purchase and production of equipment. Another 1.5 billion rubles will be allocated to development and upgrading of the active objects.
