Gazprom reduces its share in Nortgaz to 41.7%

Gazprom has reduced its share in Nortgaz CJSC from 51% to 41.7% and obtained the right for 81.763% of Gazprom Resource Nortgaz LLC, is said in the report of the gas holding.
Gazprom Plc. holds 100% of the votes of Gazprom dobycha Urengoy LLC which holds 81.763% of votes of Gazprom Resource Nortgaz LLC. In its turn Gazprom Resource Nortgaz LLC holds 51% of the votes of Nortgaz CJSC.
