Azerbaijan awaits the discovery of new gas condensate deposits

Azerbaijan has extracted 665 billion cubic m of gas and 1.8 billion tons of oil within the whole era of production, the First Vice President of SOCAR, H. Yusifzade says. The analysis of the state of affairs with oil and gas production leads to a conclusion that the era of simple oil production is close to completion. Oil reserves are not exhausted but oil beds lay deep, that needs development of technologies.
