The head of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin described the reform in a letter to Deputy Prime Minister Arkadiy Dvorkovich. It provides for a tax on the added income for new deposits.
"Rosneft" is preparing its own version of tax changes in the oil industry, which provides for a tax on the added income (NDD) for the new fields, according to the document prepared for discussion in the government.
