Gazprom is down in the rating of largest world companies – Forbes

​Gazprom is down from the 21st to the 27th place in the global annual rating of 2 thousand largest public companies of the world published by Forbes.

The company is the first among the Russian companies. Gazprom is the 8th by the profit volume with the result of $24.1 bln.

There are another 27 representatives from Russia in the list, in particular, Rosneft, Lukoil, Sberbank, Surgutneftegas, Transneft, GMK Norilsk Nickel, VTB, Magnit, Tatneft, Novatek. Compared to 2013, MMK, FSK UES and Uralkalii left the list and “Moscow stock exchange” and “United Aircraft Corporation” entered the list for the first time.
