Surgutneftegaz is going to invest 23.259 billion rubles into the upgrading of Kirishi oil refinery in 2015-2016.
The plant was launched in the end of 2013. Its capacity is 4.9 million tons of fuel oil with production of diesel fuel and aviation kerosene. They have invested to the project over 100 billion rubles.
The construction of the complex for deep oil refining was performed within the 4-lateral agreement with Rostechnadzor and Rostechregulirovaniye for the realization of the investment programs aimed at upgrading of the company’s oil refining capacities.
