Rosneft tenders 101 petrol stations

Rosneft has decided to get dispose of its some petrol stations, in accordance with the verdict of the Federal Antimonopoly Service that bound the company to reduce the share of oil products in the retail markets in the regions where Rosneft shares over 50% after the purchase of BP-TNK. Rosneft will sell its petrol stations at tenders by market prices set in the independent audit. The petrol stations are located in 6 regions: the Tambov, Oryol, Saratov, Samara, Kostroma and Smolensk regions.
