Ministry of Nature drafts an executive order on the disclosure of information about oil and gas reserves

The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources has prepared and published a governmental executive order on declassification of the information about the balance of oil and gas reserves at its site. According to the explanatory note to the document, the executive order was prepared on instructions from the Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich dated 29 March for fulfillment of the solution of the FEC commission under the Russian President dated 13 February 2013.
