On May 13, BP-TNK’s Board of Directors to discuss loan agreement with Rosneft

The BP-TNK’s Board of Directors will discuss a loan agreement with Rosneft at the meeting on May 13, BP-TNK reported.

The loan amount wasn’t reported, but it is noted that it must be approved by the Board of Directors as a deal that exceeds equivalent of $100 million at the exchange rate of the Russian Central Bank at the date of the taking of the decision. The Board of Directors will also consider issues of the voting procedure on behalf of BP-TNK holding company during the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders Nizhnevartovsk oil and gas producing enterprise, TNK-Nyagan, Samotlorneftegaz and TNK-Nizhnevartovsk.
