Turkmenistan to continues to work on the organization of gas supplies to Europe

Turkmenistan will continue to work on the implementation of the European vector of its gas exports, said the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Ashgabat on Tuesday.

Spoken at the briefing after talks with the Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti, who paid an official visit in Ashgabat, Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan sold gas to Russia, Iran, China, and was working to diversify its gas exports.

According to the President, Turkmenistan currently supplies to China 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually, and now works to further deliver 25 billion cubic meters more.
