Alrosa may return to negotiations with Rosneft on sale of gas assets, the first vice-president of Alrosa Ilya Ryaschin reported during the conference call.
"Yes, we can return to the negotiations," - he said.
It was reported that Alrosa completed the consolidation of 100% shares of Geotransgaz simultaneously with the consolidation of 100% shares of Urengoy gas company in March 2013. The deal amounted to $1.037 billion. Gas assets were acquired by two offshore companies of Alrosa.
