The representative of Afghanistan in Russia said: “Your country has all chances to get the project, as its presence in Afghanistan is not a new fact, it has already happened once. Your specialists have a unique experience in the country. There were carried out prospecting and construction works. We have documents and subsurface information at our disposal. I consider Russia and Gazprom main claimants upon subsurface operation and wish they could win at the tender.
