Belarus tries to sell its share in Mozyr refinery again. Now the authorities offers investors not the entire state share, but only 30%; they are going to keep the blocking package and concurrently demand the construction of new facilities from purchasers. The most possible contenders for the asset are Rosneft or Gazpromneft, which already have 42.6% of the refinery through their joint venture Slavneft. But, according to the Kommersant, Minsk wants to receive $3 billion for 30% of the plant and the Russian companies still find this assessment inaccurate.
