Bashneft is aimin at growth in oil production and can buy assets, M. Shamolin, the President of Systema AFK controlling Bashneft says. In 2013, oil yield was 16 million tons, and the company’s refining capacities are 24 million tons, that’s why Bashneft is to balance production and refining.
