Gazprom geologorazvedka and administration of Lensk and Mirny districts of Yakutia sign agreement on social and economic partnership

A working visit of the Gazprom geologorazvedka’s general director Alexei Davydov to Yakutia has taken place. The program included visit to industrial facilities of the Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field and a number of meetings with representatives of municipal and regional authorities, Gazprom reported.

Currently, within implementation of the Gazprom’s Eastern gas program, work on creation of a large production centre on basis of the Chayandinskoye field in Yakutia is conducted. In 2014-2015, 18 exploratory wells will be drilled here and about 2.5 thousand square km of 3D seismic survey will be carried out as a part of geological exploration.
