On April 3, Arbitration Court will try the case of Mariy oil refinery (Mariysky nefteperegonny zavod LLC) of its bankruptcy. The Court bound the non-commercial partnership ‘Interregional self-regulatory organization of the professional bankruptcy commissioners’ to present the data about S. Bashkatov nominated to the post of the bankruptcy commissioner.
