Rosneft and ExxonMobil have finally agreed on the former’s operation in the USA. Rosneft purchases 30% in each of 20 offshore projects in the Gulf of Mexico. ExxonMobil will be their operator, Rosneft will gain the opportunity to announce it is a global player with not that high risks in the well developed region. Experts call the projects, which ExxonMobil enters in Russia in exchange, to be more perspective but also connected with high risks, Kommersant writes.
