Novatek will pay for Gazprom’s violations

The Eighteenth Arbitration Appeal Court has confirmed legality and reasonability of the penalty charged from Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Chelyabinsk LLC; the legal successor of the latter is Novatek Chelyabinsk LLC.
