From the beginning of the year, Dneprospetsstal decreased rolled metal production by 26.3%

In January-February of 2013, the electrometallurgic plant Dneprospetsstal decreased its production of finished rolled metal by 26.3% as compared to the same period of 2012 to 28 thousand tons.
As the enterprise’s representative reported to the agency Interfax-Ukraina, for this period the plant decreased the steel smelting by 22% to 46 thousand tons.
In February, the plant produced 14 thousand tons of finished rolled metal and 24 thousand tons of steel.
Meanwhile, in 2012, 329.393 thousand tons of steel was supplied by the enterprise that is 22.5% less than in 2011, and 218.727 thousand tons of rolled metal was produced (by 21.8% less).
