Yamal LNG intends to make over 250 mln euro from the additional issue

The extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Yamal LNG on November 5th 2015 decided to make the additional issue of shares in favor of Total and CNODC.
It comprises 572 general shares with the nominal value of 100 roubles.
Each participant of the subscription has an opportunity for purchase not more than 286 shares of the additional issue.
The price of offering was determined at not less than 450 thousand euro/share.
As a result of the additional issue Yamal LNG will attract not less than 257.4 mln euro.
