Moscow Arbitration Court recovers 95 million rubles from Mechel’s structure on Sberbank’s lawsuit

Sberbank has won another case against structures of the leading Russian mining and metallurgical company Mechel. On Friday, the Moscow Arbitration Court upheld the claim of Sberbank against Mechel-Trans, decided to recover from the defendant more than 95 million rubles. Earlier, the court ruled to recover more than 72 million rubles from the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant of the Mechel group in favor of Sberbank.
