"Rosneft" may not get the desired 2.4 trillion roubles.

The state company has received a request to the aid of the NWF for the revision.

The RF Ministry of Economic Development had found inadequacies to the regulatory framework of the investment fund in the application of "Rosneft" to receive funds from the National Welfare Fund (NWF), and the documents had been returned for revision, a spokeswoman for the ministry informed. According to her, "Rosneft" must re-send the finalized strategic study of the project to the RF Ministry of Energy. The Ministry will work and submit it to the RF Ministry of Economic Development. Time for consideration of the new application will be counted from the date of its receipt by the initiator of the project, she adds.
