Kola GMK implements the project of 750 mln roubles in value

There has been carried out the updating of the electric drivers and the control system of the mine hoists of main shaft lift. People, materials and equipment is let down and up via this mine shaft, as well as 500 thousand tons of ore a year is brought to the surface via this shaft. There operate direct-current drive equipped 4-cables machines.

The direct-current motor will be replaced by an alternating current motor with short-circuit rotor during the updating operation. There will also be installed modern rate-of-turn transducers, distribution devices, security circuit, management, control systems on the base of multiprocessing control system.
