The date of the negotiations on gas supplies to the Ukraine will be determined on October 7th, Aleksander Novak stated in Kaliningrad, RIA Novosti informs.
On Saturday in the capital of the most western Russian region a meeting on the preparation of the electricity system for the autumn-winter period of 2014-2015 in the North-West Federal District was held with the participation of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, the representatives of the RTN, the deputy heads of the regions of the Russian Federation, the heads of federal and regional energy companies.
Earlier, the European Commission reported that the date will be known next week.
