The transactions of the top managers of AFK Sistema may be subject to an investigation of the Central Bank.
Earlier, it became known that some of the senior managers and members of the Board of Directors of AFK Sistema reduced their participation in its capital.
Since July 9th, 2014, M.Shamolin, the president of AFK Sistema, owns 0% of the company's shares (was 0.1561%), the shares of the members of the AFK Board of Directors: S.Boeva (from 0.0140 to 0.0008%), D.Zubov (from 1.0302 to 0.0103%) and D.Yakobashvili (from 0.0043 to 0.0032%) decreased.
