Russian Energy Ministry hopes to fill up Skovorodino-Mohe oil pipeline at the beginning of 2018

The Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation has expected that the Skovorodino-Mohe pipeline, the bend from the ESPO for oil supplies to China, will be filled up in early 2018.
