The member of the Board and Chief of the Gazprom’s Department for Work with the Russian Authorities V.Markov bought 0.000148% of the company’s shares.
Earlier he didn’t own Gazprom’s shares.
The deal was concluded on August 27, 2013.
The price of one Gazprom’s share made up 131.76 rubles, and the share of the Markov’s acquisition is estimated at 4.6 million rubles.
