Companies from United Arab Emirates and Singapore to buy terminal in Ust-Luga from Sibur

A company from the United Arab Emirates, Thirty Seventh Investment Company and Singapore Baltic Sea Transhipment Pte. Ltd. will become the buyers of the terminal in Ust-Luga from Sibur

The companies received preliminary approval of the government Commission on Control over Foreign Investments in respect of Sibur Portenergo, the FAS reports.

As a source of the Interfax previously reported, the decision was taken at the meeting on June 11th. According to head of the Department on Control over Foreign Investment of the FAS Armen Khanyan, on Thursday, the agency issued documents with the relevant decision of the government Commission to the companies.
